                   You may place your order in the following ways:

                    Use our convenient on-line ordering.  All on-line 
                      orders require a credit card for payment, COD's are not 
                      accepted.  You will receive, within 24 hours an order 
                      confirmation via E-mail. Also, please retain the order number 
                      given after you submit your order.

                    If you prefer to speak with a representative use our toll

                      to us at 1-603-363-7007.  Telephone and fax orders 
                      require a credit card or COD for payment.  If you would 
                      like to pay via check, mail the order to us. Ames Performance

                      that personal and company checks may be held up to two weeks 
                      for funds to clear. Sending a certified check or money order

                   Will I receive an 
                    E-mail confirmation for my order? 
                   Yes, We will send 
                    an email to the address provided within 24 hours to confirm 
                    that we have received your order.  Also please save the 
                    order number provided on the check out page.  This should 
                    be used if you need to refer to your order. Please be sure 
                    that the E-mail address and/or telephone number that you provide 
                    is accurate so we may contact you if we have any questions.  
                    After your order is accepted you will be provided with a order 
                    summary page which may be printed and saved for reference. 
                  Is my on-line order eligible 
                    for a discount? 
                   Our discount applies

                  When will my credit card be 
                    charged? 
                   Typically the card 
                    will be charged the same day we receive the order.  The 
                    order will ship that day or the following day.  Unless 
                    requested to be charged at the time of the initial order, 
                    back orders will not be charged until they ship. 
                  What should I do if there 
                    is a problem with my order? 
                   If 
                    the order has been damaged in transit please have the UPS 
                    driver note the damage, if the package is left by the driver 
                    call UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS and report the damage.  They 
                    will issue a claim number, call us with the claim number so 
                    we can reship your order.  If your order is missing items 
                    or you received incorrect items please call Ames Performance 
                    at 1-800-421-AMES to speak with a Customer Service Representative. 
                   How 
                    do I redeem my gift certificate? 
                   Gift 
                    certificates may be redeemed at any of the shows that we attend 
                    or by sending an order through the mail.  Gift certificates 
                    may not be redeemed over the phone, on-line or by fax. 
                    
                  SHIPPING 
                   All orders within the 
                    United States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).  
                    Foreign orders see below.  The on-line ordering system 
                    automatically calculates the shipping charge, however it does 
                    not take into account the fact that some oversize items, that 
                    require extra shipping, can be boxed together.  In these 
                    cases we will adjust the shipping charge to reduce your final 
                    cost!  If you need your order faster, we offer UPS Next 
                    Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select.  Please call 
                    Ames Performance at 1-800-421-AMES if you require these services.  
                    Express orders are not available on-line, although most orders 
                    ship from Ames Performance within 24 hours. 
                    
                  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
                   International orders 
                    can be placed on-line  Please provide an E-mail address 
                    and a FAX or telephone number so that we may contact you with 
                    questions.  If the order is shipping outside the United 
                    States you must disregard the shipping total provided after 
                    you submit the order as the cost is calculated on a per order 
                    basis.  International orders may also be placed by telephone 
                    or FAX. 
                    
                  RETURNS 
                   Please check your order 
                    immediately upon receipt.  Please call Ames Performance 
                    to report any shortages or incorrect items at (603)363-7000/7077.  
                    To return an item to us, simply fill out the return provided 
                    with your order.  Send the package via UPS or insured 
                    Parcel Post, save the receipt and tracking number until you 
                    hear from us or your return is resolved.  No returns 
                    after 30 days.  COD returns are not accepted, please 
                    do not return items  to Ames Performance by COD.
